15,000 590 rubles will be allocated for development of education in 2020

The Cabinet of Ministers approved the departmental target program of the Ministry of Education.

Sukhum. February 26. Apsnypress. There was approved a departmental target Program for 2020 “Development of Education-2020” at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia.
 
 The document was presented by head of the Government Office David Sangulia.
 
 According to him, the main goals and objectives of the Program:
 - creating conditions for effective development of education aimed at ensuring the availability of quality education;
  - providing high quality education in accordance with the objectives of development of society and the economy;
  - improving the professional level of educators;  
  - development of modern mechanisms and technologies of general education;
  - increase the level of physical health of students, the attractiveness of the teaching profession in the villages of the republic, motivation for teaching students;
 - providing an effective system for socialization, self-realization and development of students' potential;
 - support of socially vulnerable and large families of students.
 
 A number of educational activities will be aimed at:
   - realization of program of grants for development of national educational and methodological complexes, as well as grants for teachers in rural schools;
   - organization of subject Olympiads, contests, sporting events, etc.
 
As reported in the program passport, its financing is carried out at the expense of the Republican budget in 2020 in the amount of 15,000 590 rubles.
