New licenses will meet European standards that will allow cars to move freely around Europe.

The correspondent of "Apsnypress" met with the Deputy Chief of the Interior Ministry UGAI Rauf Azhiba and found that models of new identity has not been officially approved. According to him, also not yet resolved the issue of financing.
