Abkhaz-Russian border is closed for entry of foreign citizens and stateless persons

The corresponding document was signed by the acting President of Abkhazia Valery Bganba.

Sukhum. March 28. Apsnypress. Acting President Valery Bganba signed an order to close the state border on the Psou River for entry of foreign citizens and stateless persons.
 
 The text of the document says:
 
 "1. Make a change to the acting Order Of President of the Republic of Abkhazia "On measures to implement the Decree of Acting President of the Republic of Abkhazia "On the introduction of a state of emergency in the Republic of Abkhazia" dated March 27, 2020, No. 132-rp, setting out paragraph 8 as amended:
 
 "8. To restrict entry of foreign citizens and stateless persons to the Republic of Abkhazia until April 20, 2020, with exception of employees of diplomatic institutions accredited in the Republic of Abkhazia, military personnel of the Border Directorate of the FSB of Russia in the Republic of Abkhazia, the United Russian Military Base, and persons traveling to the Republic of Abkhazia for service business trips, as well as drivers of vehicles engaged in international freight transport. ”
 
 
 2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia in the manner established by the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Abkhazia and the Government of the Russian Federation on checkpoints across the Abkhaz-Russian state border on September 17, 2010, to inform the Russian side of the restrictive measures referred to in paragraph 1 of this Order. "
