Abkhazia is awarded the trophy "Best Debut" at the exhibition "Travel and Tourism" MITT-2016

Sukhum. March 25. Apsnypress. </b> The exhibition is among the five largest tourist exhibitions of the world. It is attended by about two thousand travel agencies from 180 countries.
 
 MITT presents proposals to relax in the Mediterranean, Southeast Asia, South and North America, the Middle East and other areas. You can also find information about trips to Russian regions at the exhibition.
 
 Among the new participants - the Republic of Abkhazia, represented by the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism, as well as tour operators "Aqua Abaza", "Rusal-tour" and "Ritsa-tour".
 
 At the official opening of the exhibition, which was held on March 23, the Abkhaz delegation was attended by Ambassador of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Russian Federation Igor Akhba, deputy head of the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism Astamur Akhba, head of the Ministry's department Adamur Mukba and representatives of travel agencies.
 
 On March 25, exhibition organizers, noting the decoration of the Abkhazian pavilion and work rganization handed Astamyr Akhba the Cup "Best Debut".
 
 Also, the Abkhaz delegation visited the Embassy of the Republic of Abkhazia. Deputy Minister of Resorts and Tourism Igor Akhba told Ambassador that the Abkhaz pavilion aroused great interest among the visitors. "The pavilion was visited by representatives of travel agencies of many foreign countries, we agreed on cooperation with some of them", - said Astamur Akhba.
 
During the meeting they discussed issues of cooperation between the Embassy and the Ministry of tourism.

The exhibition will run until 26 March.
