Abkhazia was represented at the International Conference "Preservation, Support and Promotion of Russian Culture and Language Abroad" in Belarus

Within the framework of the conference there were discussed topics: "The Russian language in the international educational space", "Fiction as a factor in the unification of the modern world".

Sukhum. 15 December. Apsnypress. The VII International Conference "Preservation, Support and Promotion of Russian Culture and Language Abroad" was held in the Republic of Belarus. The press service of the Abkhaz State University informed.
  
 More than 250 Russian language specialists from 30 countries of the world took part in the conference that took place at the Moscow House in Minsk: rectors of universities, museum directors, linguists, writers, representatives of state and public organizations.
Zoya Bautina, general director of the Moscow House in Sukhum and senior lecturer of the Chair of the Russian Language at the Abkhaz State University Elsa Sabekiya made presentations at the International Conference.

There were discussed topics  "The Russian language in the international educational space", "Fiction as a factor in the unification of the modern world", etc.
