Adgur Ardzinba: export support is one of the priority areas of economic policy

RA Minister of Economy Adgur Ardzinba discussed the implementation of the Export Support and Promotion Program at a meeting with exporters of Abkhazia.

of Abkhazia discussed the implementation of the Export Support and Promotion Program developed by the agency, as well as a number of initiatives of the Ministry aimed at facilitating the conditions for foreign trade activities for the Abkhaz producers. The official website of the Ministry reported.
 
 At the same time, Adgur Ardzinba noted that export support is one of the most priority directions of state economic policy. "We are here to hear your opinion on the planned initiatives and to learn about the problems that you are facing", - the Minister of Economy said.
 
 The Deputy Minister of Economy Batal Tarba informed in detail about the opportunities and preferences for the exporters of Abkhazia. "The Program provides funding - about 50 million rubles for 3 years. These funds will be used to subsidize the interest rate on loans, certification and assistance to organizations in holding exhibitions," - he said.
 
 In addition, the meeting discussed the prospects for the creation of the Exporters' Council under the Ministry of Economy, as well as the Association of Exporters of the Republic of Abkhazia for more effective interaction of government and business. The idea was positively received by entrepreneurs.
 
During the meeting, business representatives reported on the problems and obstacles they face in the course of foreign trade. For its part, the Ministry of Economy outlined concrete steps designed to solve the tasks in a phased manner.
