Adgur Kharazia took part in the All-Russian Congress of Municipalities

There was held a number of meetings of thematic sections during the event.

Sukhum. Nov. 1. Apsnypress. Head of Sukhum Administration, Adgur Kharazia, took part in the All-Russian Congress of Municipalities. The press service of Sukhum Administration informed.
 
 The All-Russian Congress of Municipalities was held by the Association "United All-Russian Association of Municipalities (Congress)" from October 31 to November 1 in Moscow. 

 The event was attended by representatives of the Administration of the President and Government of the Russian Federation, plenipotentiary representations of the President of the Russian Federation in the federal districts, State Duma deputies and members of the Federation Council, heads of state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, local self-government bodies, as well as the expert community and the media. 

  There was held a number of sessions of thematic sections of the congress during the event:
 - international inter-municipal cooperation in modern realities: opportunities and prospects;  
 - legislation in the field of local self-government;  
 - interaction of state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation with the councils of municipal entities of the subjects of the Russian Federation;  
 - The concept of development of TOS of Russia.
