Administration of the capital struggles with external trade on the seafront Muhajirs

Sukhum. June 12. Apsnypress. Deputies of the Head of the Administration Temur Tkebuchava and Leon Kvarchia , Chairman of the Town Assembly  Konstantin Piliya, head of the Architecture and Construction Tamara Lakrba, Head of the Public Management Elena Atepina, chief sanitary doctor of the capital Alla Belyaeva, representatives of the Internal Affairs of the Directorate of Sukhum and OBEP came on the seafront for raid to identify illegally installed commercial structures and advocacy work with their owners. 

Tamara Lakrba said that by decree of the head of the capital Adgur Kharazia it was decided to remove all seasonal trade points from the seafront  Muhajirs. 

Office of Architecture and Construction made a scheme of streets arranged perpendicularly to the seafront at the site of Dioscuria and Mayak along which it will be allowed to establish seasonal stalls. They are: Voronova, Imam Shamil, Dzhonua, Kalmykova and Chachba. 

"At first, people were very dissatisfied with the new order, but as a result of explanatory talks the majority owners of outlets perceived innovation positively", - said Lakrba. 

"Currently are preparing patents for the implementation of trade during the summer. The Administration of the town has a clear understanding that there should not be external trade on the seafront . We are not able to change this situation immediately, but related work to persuade these people to go to the common framework for business activity will be carried out", - said Deputy Chief of Staff Leon Kvarchia.
