Adzynba: the issue of certification is almost completed

First Vice Prime Minister Shamil Adzynba told at what stage is the process of certification at a press conference.

Sukhum. February 5. Apsnypress. Irena Dzhopua. According to the first deputy Prime Minister, the issue of certification is almost completed. The new electronic system is created, and all of the equipment is already delivered to Abkhazia. After solving a few technical issues the Goznak specialists will arrive in the Republic and begin to connect the system.

"We came to the finish line and I think that in March a pilot project for issuing passports will be already started", - said Adzynba. He noted that the system has already passed the first test in Goznak in Moscow and completed the first citizen of Abkhazian passports samples are ready.

"Thanks to our colleagues from Goznak, they did not wait for the system installed at and held the first pilot project. Now, it will speed up the work here", - said the first vice-premier.

With regard to the delay of the timing of certification, the first deputy prime minister said that initially it was only about the creation of blank passports: "During the process we understood that it is impossible just to print the forms and give the passport office, not changing anything, because we would get the same result. It was decided to create a system that introduced its own changes over time".

Adzynba also noted that after the launch of the system, the passport can be distributed in a short time, and the time it will take will largely depend on the activity of the population.
