Sukhum. 27 October. Apsnypress. Today, the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev signed the order "On signing an agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Abkhazia on mutual recognition of education and qualifications."
The decree says in part: "To approve the draft agreement submitted by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, coordinated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and preliminary drafted with the Abkhaz Side."
