Agreement on cooperation in the field of television and information cooperation was signed in Caracas

In the capital of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Caracas, was signed an agreement between the Abkhaz State TV and Radio Company and the Pan American Media Holding "TELESUR".

The agreement on cooperation in the field of television and information cooperation was signed by the chairman of the board of trustees of the "International Cultural and Business Center" of Abkhazia, the trade representative of the Republic of Abkhazia in Russia Oleg Bartsits and the president of the television holding "TELESUR" Patricia Villegas.  

 According to Oleg Bartsits, the stubborn preparatory work was conducted by the "International Cultural and Business Center" with the assistance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia and the Embassy of the Republic of Venezuela for more than a year and a half.

 "The agreement by right can be called a breakthrough in the promotion of Abkhazia's interests in the international arena. In the long term, we create a much-needed effect for our state in the presence of media in more than twenty countries of the world. Thus, politicians and ordinary residents of these countries will know about Abkhazia, and this is necessary for fruitful cooperation and for future recognition of our country,"- Bartsits said.
