Amra Kvarandziya: there is a tendency of increase of the own revenues of the budget

The execution of the republican budget report for 2015 was discussed at a meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on budget, credit institutions, taxes and finance.

Presenting the report on execution of the republican budget for 2015, the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Abkhazia Amra Kvarandziya cited statistics: "Execution income amounted to 4 billion 533.8 million rubles. By expenditures - 4 billion 994.985 million rubles. On the revenue side, it is very important that there is a tendency of increase of the own revenues to the budget. This is a key position for us! And this trend continues today. The budget is executed on a profitable part in excess".
 
 The minister stressed that the failure of the budget expenditures associated with the emergence of wage arrears, "Those additional obligations that were taken in 2015, partially filled and it is connected with the under-financing by external financial assistance. Debt rescheduled for 2016 and now takes place in part of its repayment. If at the end of the year it was more than 200 million rubles, now it is about 190 million rubles".
 
Following the discussion, the document is recommended for consideration by the National Assembly of the Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia.
