Signing of two interagency agreements between the Ministries of Health of Russia and Abkhazia.

 For his part, Deputy Minister of Health of the Russian Federation, State Secretary Dmitry Kostennikov stressed that in Russia the right to health - it is the constitutional right of a person, which largely determines the level of welfare in society. "We are ready to provide assistance in the development of this field in the Republic of Abkhazia. We understand the difficulties that you have encountered. And besides methodological assistance, in fact, are ready to cooperate in the field of approximation of legislation of the two countries, since the legislative framework create the preconditions for the implementation of affordable and quality health security of citizens ", - he said.
 
 Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation noted that the integration processes are on the whole of the Eurasian Economic Union, creating a single market of health care services, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. "It appears that both Russia and Abkhazia have to establish uniform standards of medical care, and access of the citizens and professionals to work in the medical and pharmaceutical field", - said Kostennikov.
 
 According to Dmitry Kostennikova two signed greements are designed to create a harmonized regulatory framework for health care and health legislation in general, as well as on licensing and accreditation of medical institutions and specialists in this field.
 
 "We had multiple meetings, harmonization of draft agreements and have finally found mutual understanding on all issues. Thanks to the Ministry of Health for their assistance with the transfer of the experience that we have just typed. We worked, literally, in-line", - said for his part the Minister of Health of Abkhazia Andzor Goov.
 
Referring to the Russian side, Prime Minister Artur Mikvabia said: "Your presence today at this important event shows that the relationship between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Abkhazia is developing. As we scheduled the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Abkhazia have signed four contracts. Two - today and two more - in December (on health insurance). All its commitments are systematically performed by both sides".
