I greet you on the occasion of the beginning of the VI Russian-Abkhazian Business Forum "Implementation of the potential of bilateral cooperation". The annual meetings of the officials and representatives of business circles of the two countries have become good and useful tradition.
 
Russian-Abkhazian Business Forum is authoritative discussion platform not only to discuss the main directions of development of the Abkhaz-Russian trade and economic relations and exchanges of experience, but also to achieve the corresponding specific agreements. The alliance and strategic partnership between Abkhazia and Russia, create the most favorable conditions for deepening economic cooperation between our countries. The need to fully seize these opportunities, actively tap the potential of bilateral cooperation.
 
There is a wide range of issues on the agenda of the forum related to the deepening of trade and economic relations, cooperation in tourism and agriculture, the priorities of innovation policy. We have to work together, to think about the complex measures that would reveal the most investment potential of Abkhazia, improve the mechanism for bilateral cooperation and enhance mutual trust. 

 
We are interested in the fact that closer economic cooperation with Russia promotes the formation of a full productive economy of Abkhazia, serves the interests of our peoples.
 
I am confident that the proposals and recommendations of the Forum, as well as the agreement reached on it, will serve to further enhance mutually beneficial cooperation between our countries, and in general strengthen the Abkhaz-Russian allied relations.

 (AP): VI Russian-Abkhazian Business Forum "Implementation of the potential of bilateral cooperation" opened today,November 13, in Sukhum. It was attended by over two hundred people, representatives of state bodies, state agencies and the business communities of Russia and Abkhazia.
