We call on the President of the Republic of Abkhazia and colleagues from the People's Assembly of the Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia, to support our proposal to recognize the independence of the People's Republic of Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republic, as previously done our Ossetian brothers.
We believe that this decision will cause approval in the heart of every citizen of the Republic of Abkhazia.
We are confident that this decision will not be an obstacle to the recognition of Abkhazia by other independent states".
