Ardzinba: it is necessary to unify approaches to collection and analysis of primary information on the ground

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Abkhazia held a meeting on the preparation of an indicative plan for 2018.

Sukhum. July 5. Apsnypress. During the meeting, Minister of Economy Adgur Ardzinba presented the results of control activities carried out by the department in all regions of the republic. There was carried out reconciliation of the data submitted by the economic departments of the districts and reflected in the business balance. The press service of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Abkhazia reported.
  
 At the same time, Adgur Ardzinba drew attention to the need to unify approaches to the collection and analysis of primary information on the ground.
  
 "The current system can not suit us in any way. It does not meet modern challenges and it is not the basis on which one can speak about the high quality of forecasting, " - Ardzinba stated.
  
 The Minister of Economy added that the vision of the phased solution of voiced problems was previously worked out with the Ministry of Taxes and Duties and the Office of State Statistics. However, according to the minister, "we will not be able to make significant progress without active participation of local authorities, namely local authorities form all the primary information". "Therefore, I ask you to submit your proposals in the near future which, of course, will be taken into account in our work," - added Adgur Ardzinba.
  
 Present MPs also expressed their willingness to actively engage in the process of reforming the system of analysis and accounting of key economic indicators.
   
 In particular, the chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Budget, Credit Organizations, Taxes and Finance Natalie Smyr drew attention to the fact that the project of the state budget is based on the forecast indicators of the indicative plan.
  
"The quality of the received budget depends on the quality of the forecast," - the deputy noted.
