"Aruaa" states that the Law of the Republic of Abkhazia "On status of servicemen" in Article 7 para 2 clearly states that "the military has the right to off-duty time to participate in rallies, meetings, marches, demonstrations, picketing that do not pursue political goals and are not prohibited by state authorities, and local governments".
"Appointing to the high post, President of the country was not guided by political priorities of L.M. Mikvabia.
We would like to remind you that the post of Deputy Defense suggests submission to the Commander in Chief and imposes corresponding duties", - says the statement.
"Aruaa" with an urgent request to the PP "Amtsakhara" asks to do political and destructive statements on personnel matters settled in accordance with the law".
