The Abkhazian State University received an offer of cooperation from the Academy of Culture and Arts of Lugansk.
According to the professor, academician of the Academy of Natural Sciences, ASU's rector Aleko Gvaramiya, his letter to the rector of the Academy of Lugansk, said: "In Abkhazia, as elsewhere, will be able to understand the current state of Lugansk Academy, because we ourselves had gone through all the hardships of war".
In the near future will be a meeting between the rectors of the two universities. Its follow-up is expected to sign an agreement on cooperation with educational institutions of Lugansk and Donetsk. Also planned arrival of students to study in the Abkhazian State University.
