Sukhum. 30 June. Apsnypress. The Bank of Abkhazia completed the repayment of a loan in the amount of 700.0 million rubles received in 2010 under the Subordinated Loan Agreement No. 0001 of October 7, 2010. The official website of the Bank of Abkhazia reported.
According to the report, a subordinated loan was granted for a period of 10 years as part of the execution of Agreement concluded on August 6, 2010 between the Government of the Republic of Abkhazia and the Government of the Russian Federation on the provision of state loan to the Republic of Abkhazia.
The repayment of the main debt of the loan has been carried out since 2014. In June of this year, the Bank of Abkhazia made a final payment in the amount of 91.6 million rubles to repay the loan.
Also, for the period of the loan agreement, the Bank of Abkhazia paid interest in the amount of 131.3 million rubles.
