Sukhum. February 25. Apsnypress. At a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia was adopted a decision on the appointment of Batal Tarba as a deputy minister of economy.
Tarba Batal Dzhamalovich was born in 1988 in Ochamchira.
In 2005 he graduated from high school in Sochi, in the same year he entered the Abkhazian State University at the Faculty of Law, was trained at the military department of ASU.
In 2010 he graduated from the University and received a law degree in the specialty "State law".
From 2010 he worked in the consulting company "Consultant" in the position of the lawyers consultant.
In 2010, he served in the Armed Forces of Abkhazia, within a year served in the troops of the State Security Service of the Republic of Abkhazia (GSO RA). In June 2011, he transferred to the reserve forces of the Republic of Abkhazia in the rank of lieutenant in the reserve.
From July 2011 to 2013 - worked in the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers in the position of Deputy Chief (senior reviewer) of the Legal Department.
From July 2013 to 2014 - Head of the RA Ministry of Finance Legal Department.
From December 2014 to April 2015 - Head of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Economy.
In 2015, entered ASU at the Faculty of Economics, to obtain a second higher education on a specialty "Finance and Credit"
From March 2015 till now works in the RUP "Chernomorenergo" as Director of the branch "Energosbyt" RUE "Chernomorenergo".
From August 2015 to present - Advisor to the Minister of Economy.
