Beslan Baratelia: For the previous year National Bank has doubled the profit figures

Elena Poluyan.</b> Presenting the report of the National Bank for 2015, chairman Beslan Baratelia noted that the National Bank for the previous year has doubled the profit figures. The Bank revised its approach to the regulation of the banking system as a whole. And if at the beginning of 2015, only 3 commercial banks have closed the previous year with positive figures, by the end of 2015 already 6 banks closed the year with a plus.
 
 According Baratelia, for the year the Bank of Abkhazia significantly increased its loan portfolio, "In early 2015 it was 1 billion 200 million, and it was already 1.7 billion. By the end of the year it has led to an increase in income of the Bank". 
 
 Beslan Baratelia informed about the work of "Apra" financial system: "Over the past year the number of holders of Apra cards has increased and  it is more than 25 thousand people. It was established 50 ATMs and more devices. It was cashed more than 1 billion rubles through Apra system. This year until May 10, it has been already cashed 2.5 times more money than in the corresponding period of last year". In addition, Apra cards now make every day payments, almost worth 1 million rubles.
 
Having discussed the report of the National Bank, the Parliamentary Committee decided to recommend to the People's Assembly to approve the document.
