Beslan Bartsits: all advance payments under the Investment Program have arrived, work in all regions of Abkhazia has begun

Assistant to the President of Russia Vladislav Surkov visited the National Library, restored under the Investment Program 2015-2017.

During a one-day working visit to Abkhazia, Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Vladislav Surkov, accompanied by RA Prime Minister Beslan Bartsits, Vice-Premier Beslan Eshba and Minister of Culture and Heritage Protection Elvira Arsaliya, visited the National Library of I. Papaskir, restored under the Investment Program of 2015-2017. 

 Vladislav Surkov reported on the meetings held during the day: "The meeting with the President of Abkhazia was effective. We held a working meeting with the Prime Minister of Abkhazia, where we had the opportunity to exchange views. And also met with parliamentarians".

 At the same time Surkov commented on the trip around the facilities: "Everything is developing in the right direction. Everything that was negotiated with Russia in the economic and social sphere is being realized. To date, there is no a single disastrous issue. And it's very nice. "

For his part, RA Prime Minister Beslan Bartsits noted: "The construction of some objects was started within the framework of the Comprehensive Plan, and completed within the framework of the Investment Program for 2015-2017. I can say that the issues raised by the Abkhaz side within the framework of the Investment Program 2017-2019, in particular, applications for increasing the financing limits, have been fully supported and understood. Now we can say that all advance payments went to the republic and work began in all regions of Abkhazia, " - Bartsits said.
