Beslan Bartsits: it has been used about 2 billion rubles

There have been 14 plenary sessions of the Intergovernmental commission on socio-economic cooperation between the Republic of Abkhazia and the Russian Federation.

Opening the meeting, Prime Minister of Abkhazia Beslan Bartsits noted that the Intergovernmental Commission's meeting has been held for the third time this year. "The dynamics of our meetings yield positive results in the field of socio-economic development of Abkhazia. At the last meeting in Moscow, we have noted the problem and found solutions. In particular, there was a significant backlog in the preparation of documentation and the need to address these gaps", - Bartsits said.
 
 According to the Prime Minister, the investment program for the current year provides the allocation of funds in the amount of 2.4 billion rubles. "If at the time of our last meeting disbursement was at the level of 1 billion, today we are talking about figures of 2 billion rubles. And before the end of this year, the limit will be mastered", - said Beslan Bartsits.
 
 The Prime Minister informed about the preparation of design estimates for the next year: "Despite the fact that there were some comments on the terms of the preparation of documents, on today's date documentation is ready for the amount of 1.3 billion rubles by the end of the year we will reach the level of more than 2 billion, plus the carryover volume in the amount of 380 million rubles".
 
 In turn, Deputy Chairman Alexander Khloponin noted that intergovernmental commission is held in view of orders by Russian President Vladimir Putin that were given after his meeting with President of Abkhazia Raul Khajimba. "Big list of instructions, which concerns restructuring the railway loan, reconstruction of infrastructure, which requires significant substitutions, road and retaining wall, a number of other issues. In addition, we have to prepare for the next meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission", - Khloponin said.
