Beslan Bartsits on combating the marble bug: there is planned a joint action plan with Russia

A meeting of representatives of the Ministries of Agriculture of Abkhazia and Russia on fighting the brown-marble bug took place in Sukhum.

Sukhum. 25 March. Apsnypress. Prime Minister of Abkhazia Beslan Bartsits commented to journalists on the plan of work to combat the marble bug: "Today's meeting is very important and relevant. There  has arrived a delegation to assist us in the fight against the pest. We need to coordinate the actions. This is the problem of the entire Black Sea coast. A number of measures that we have taken at our own expense, and which were implemented in 2016-2017, did not give serious effects, the problem remains. Therefore, we asked the Russian Federation to provide appropriate support. Today there is planned a joint action plan. The operational headquarters has already been created on the instructions of President of Abkhazia, and in the districts as well. Also they created groups that will work there. "
