Beslan Bartsits: the limits must be mastered correctly, qualitatively and at certain time

Prime Minister of Abkhazia Beslan Bartsits together with the Minister of Russia for North Caucasus Affairs, Lev Kuznetsov, inspected the objects included in the Investment Program.

Prime Minister of Abkhazia Beslan Bartsits in conjunction with the Minister of Russia for North Caucasus Affairs, Lev Kuznetsov, inspected the educational institutions included in the reconstruction plan within the framework of the Investment Program to Promote Socio-Economic Development of Abkhazia. In particular, Gagra Secondary School No. 1, as well as Lykhny High School.

  As Kuznetsov noted, the implementation of investment part of the program has already begun. "The key task is to ensure the fulfillment of all the planned activities. They are related to people's quality of life, they concern the construction of roads and social facilities. Also, the educational segment and construction of engineering infrastructure facilities are very important, " - Kuznetsov said.

 Lev Kuznetsov stressed that there is a lot of competition for granting limits in Russia and it is very important that these funds are maximally mastered. "Managerial decisions are made taking into account who is able to work effectively with money. You know, we have a project approach in Russia, and here we see it exactly. Builders also understand responsibility, " - Kuznetsov explained. At the same time, he noted that the school in Lykhny should be rebuilt according to all modern standards.
 
For his part, head of the Government of Abkhazia stressed that the limits of the Investment Program have been increased and this is an indicator of confidence in the interaction of the two sides. "Our task is to control the situation, so that the limits are properly mastered, qualitatively and on time. Lykhny school had a very serious problem with the conditions of the educational process. I assure that the situation will improve in due time, the school will become modern and equipped for all requirements, " - Bartsits said.

  Temur Tkebuchava, General Director of the SC "Apsnyrgylara", told about the works carried out in Gagra Secondary School No. 1: "The dismantling of the school has already been completed. Now there is a removal of construction waste. In the near future we will start building a new school. Completion of construction works, including equipment, will be completed in August 2019. The estimated cost of the objects is 340 million rubles."
