The project includes mandatory health insurance and preferential supply of drugs of Russian citizens residing in the territory of the Republic of Abkhazia.
Sukhum. July 1. Apsnypress. Minister of Health of Abkhazia Andzor Goov drew attention to the fact that the agreements relate to inter-State relations. "I would like issues related to our and Russian law have found common ground for the rapid and successful process", - said Goov.
Assistant Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Anatoly Gulin noted that the Agreement shall be prepared and signed in the near future, as there is a time limit: "By September we should complete the work on all the issues. Then it will be continued in the federal bodies of the Russian Federation and Republic of Abkhazia, because the direction of multi-faceted are related to the ministries of finance, economy and other federal authorities".
"In this regard, the Abkhaz and Russian authorities seeing our Agreement must also come to a mutual decision. This Agreement is not interdepartmental but intergovernmental ", - said Gulin.
The Russian delegation included representatives of the Ministry of Health, the Federal Health Insurance Fund and the Administration of Krasnodar Region.
