 The message says:
 
 “The Office of the Press Service and Information of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia, based on the issues reflected in the materials of the Abkhazian media, reports that acting President Valery Bganba, inviting Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Abkhazia Alexey Dvinyanin for a meeting, was guided by the right to obtain reliable verified information on the state of health of presidential candidate, deputy of the People’s Assembly of Parliament of Abkhazia Aslan Bzhaniya.
 
 Publications appeared in a number of Russian mass media with a reference to an unknown source with an indication of the reason for health decline of A. Bzhania (poisoning) on ​​March 3 at 20:49. The meeting between Valery Bganba and Alexey Dvinyanin took place on March 4 at 09:00 in order to clarify the grounds and transmit information to the Abkhaz side, based on which Russian publications published material about the poisoning of Aslan Bzhaniy.
 
 As a result of the meeting, which took place in an atmosphere of mutual understanding of the situation, the Ministry of Health of the Krasnodar Territory reported on the current state of health and the diagnosis to the Ministry of Health of Abkhazia. The official report of the Ministry of Health and Social Security was published on March 4 at 11:50.
 
 The Russian side accepted the call of Abkhazia with due understanding, the news about this with reference to press secretary Dmitry Peskov was published in the media today at about 12 noon.
