Chinese company plans to restore Tkuarchal's Mine HPP

Such plans were discussed at the meeting of Chairman of the State Committee for Management of State Property and Privatization Vakhtang Pipiya with representatives of the company Kaka Chain-Real Estate.

Apsnypress. Sukhum hosted a meeting of Chairman of the State Committee on State Property Management and Privatization of the Republic of Abkhazia Vakhtang Pipiya with representatives of the scientific and technical company Kaka Chain Real Estate (Beijing) of the People's Republic of China. 

 The meeting discussed issues of economic cooperation and, in particular, interaction in the tourism and energy sectors. For example, it was proposed to restore and build small hydropower plants, such as the Tkuarchal Mine HPP and others, as well as projects for the development of Eastern Abkhazia. 

As explained Vakhtang Pipiya: "This is the second meeting. And we already have several plans. One of them is a proposal to restore Tkuarchal's "Mine HPP". Also, the creation of a joint travel company. They already sent several groups of tourists to us, but now we will work in a more extended format. "
