Commander of the Central Military District of the Ministry of Defence of Angola was in Abkhazia with a friendly visit

Prime Minister Artur Mikvabiya met with the commander of the Central Military District of Defense Ministry of the Republic of Angola, Lieutenant General Simao Carlitos Wala.

 Sukhum. April 4. Apsnypress. Irena Dzhopua. Greeting guests from the African republic, the prime minister said: "Your friendly visit to Abkhazia we regard as Angola's respect for our country. Our country is small, yours - one of the biggest countries on the African continent. We know what difficulties and problems you had to go through, military operations that are associated with the civil war, and now your country is developing dynamically".

Commander of the Central Military District of Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Angola, Lieutenant General Simao Carlitos Wala thanked for warm reception and noted that it was his first, but certainly not the last visit to Abkhazia.

"I really liked your country, I will come again, and I think there will be the official delegation of my country. We need to strengthen the relationship. Your country is small in size, but it does not matter. Our friendly relations only arise ", - stressed Wala

In turn, the Abkhaz Foreign Minister Vyacheslav Chirikba noted that this is the very beginning of our friendly relations, and they can grow over time more profound. "We laid the first step in our relations, and they will develop in terms of culture, education, sports and other areas. I had a chance to visit many African countries, and, have to say, this is a very dynamic continent with vast resources and great people, eager for knowledge and to progress ", - said the RA FM.
