The Embassy of Russia in Abkhazia commented on the publications published in the online version of the "Nuzhnaya" newspaper.
The commentary notes that:
The material posted in the online version of the "Nuzhnaya" newspaper on February 3, and partly on the work of the consular point of the Russian Embassy in Abkhazia, approved by the following: "People stand for hours to obtain a passport, and those who do not have time to wait for their turn - give bribes".
The Embassy is ready to carefully consider any request of abuse in the consular item provided the specific time, date, and the names of the employee who has committed such a violation. We guarantee that if confirmed, those responsible will be severely punished.
Without bringing these specific facts the above allegations are unfounded.
