Cost of passports' blanks, allowances for single mothers, autumn conscription and other decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers

So, for approval by the relevant Decree, the newly created forms of passports will cost 420 rubles, plus a fee of 30 rubles, that is, as a result - 450 rubles. Residence blanks - 940 rubles. It was noted that the forms of documents have already been delivered to the country, is working to establish a system of issuing them. First Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Adzynba stressed in this regard: "94 million 980 thousand rubles as of today it is not the final amount of expenditure, it is the direct damage that was done to our state negligent officials who brought the matter to this state. This is a necessary measure. We have to go this route".

In addition, was adopted the Resolution of the autumn 2015 conscription for military service of RA citizens. As it was noted at the meeting, the development and approval of the document are due to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Abkhazia. The Resolution regulated the interaction on the conscription of the central government bodies with the local authorities, painted all the functions, powers and duties. In the near future the Ministry of Defense shall submit the composition of the Republican draft board. Shamil Adzynba commented on the adoption of the Resolution: "it is a good idea, and is enshrined in the Law on civil service: when applying for a job in government agencies one must provide mandatory military ID. Young man, if he finished his studies, should give military duties to the Motherland, and then pretend to work in state agencies. I think a driver's license can also be tied to this. 

Also at the meeting were approved the Council and boards of state budget funds of the disabled of the War of Abkhazia, the Ministry of Finance, ES Ministry, the State Committee on standards and quality control needs are assigned to the competent authorities of the Republic of Abkhazia for the implementation of the provisions of the Treaty between the Republic of Abkhazia and the Russian Federation on alliance and strategic partnership . 

According to the Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security approved the amendments to the Ordinance on benefits for single mothers. Starting from January 1 next year, for each child, these women will receive 1,000 rubles instead of 500 rubles, which were paid before.
