"Pitsunda's Bakery" is a subdivision of GC "Abhazhleb", closed due to multiple violations - State Standard of Abkhazia.
According to the results of scheduled inspection State Committee on Standards and Technical Supervision consumer suspended the activities of the enterprise "Pitsunda's Bakery", a subdivision of GC "Abhazhleb".
The audit revealed irregularities in the conduct of the technical documentation, as well as in non-compliance with GOST 54762-2011, concerning the organization of food production: the presence of fungal structures in manufacturing plants and conveyor belts, no hoses for running water to garbage containers, unorganized workers overalls, lack of grounds for washing and processing of special vehicles.
Business interruption occurred at the initiative of the State Standard of the Republic of Abkhazia with the district SES, law enforcement and licensing department of the Administration of Gagra.
According to the results of violations plant was issued a determination to suspend the activities and within thirty days to change the situation.
