Daur Arshba represented the Parliament of Abkhazia in the fortieth session of the permanent seminar of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Russia and Belarus

Apsnypress. On 23 and 24 of April 2015 in Moscow, the Central Museum of the Great Patriotic War held fortieth session of the permanent seminar of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia on the construction of the Union State on the theme "The role of education and moral education in the context of the challenges of the modern world". 

The People's Assembly of the Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia was represented by the Deputy Speaker Daur Arshba who spoke on "The falsification of the history and problems of distortion of the Abkhaz-Russian relations in the context of challenges of the modern world". 

The event was timed to coincide with the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, and was attended by the members of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia, representatives of the Committee of the Union State of Russia and Belarus, ministries and agencies, academies of science, institutions of education, culture and science, public organizations and the clergy of Russia and Belarus, the Moscow government, the Parliament of the Republic of South Ossetia, and guests from the People's Republic of China.
