Discussion of establishing the monument to the First President

Sukhum. March 24th. Apsnypress. A working meeting of the Commission for the commemoration of the First President of Abkhazia Vladislav Ardzinba, which adjusted plan and analyze opportunities for the organization of commemorative events" to be held throughout the year, named after the First President of the Republic of Abkhazia. 

Already ready to print 3-volume scientific works and works of Vladislav Ardzinba, scheduled to be released by the Institute of Oriental Studies in Moscow, conducted organizational work for the International scientific conference, devoted to the 70th anniversary. In addition, at a meeting of the Commission discussed the preparation of celebrations in the jubilee celebrations. Also in the plans themed traveling exhibitions through the towns of the North Caucasus and Moscow, the opening of the hall of Ardzinba in the Abkhazian State Museum and the exhibition at the State Museum of Military Glory, sports days for school students named after the First President, competitions, photo, and book exhibitions. According to Svetlana Jergenia -Vladislav Ardzinba's widow, received proposals for the establishment of the short film "The Passion According to Vladislav. Postscript" and the publication of a documentary book about the President in the series "Lives of Remarkable People".
