Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev sent a congratulatory letter to the RA Prime Minister Beslan Bartsits in connection with his appointment as head of the Government of Abkhazia.
Sukhum. August 10. Apsnypress. The text of congratulations reads:
"Dear Beslan Konstantinovich!
On behalf of the Russian Government and myself, I congratulate you on your appointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Abkhazia.
I am convinced that your work as the head of the government will contribute to the sustained economic and social development of the country, strengthening the traditionally friendly Russian-Abkhazian relations.
