Dmitry Medvedev congratulated Valery Bganba on his appointment as Prime Minister of Abkhazia

Medvedev noted that building up interaction on the government line, expanding trade and investment, scientific, technical and humanitarian ties, promoting major joint projects meet the long-term interests of both our countries.
