Draft Regulation on the allocation of housing for young families in Sukhum will be considered at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers

 2. Draft Agreement on mutual visa-free travel between the Government of the Republic of Abkhazia and the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
 
 3. Draft Agreement on mutual recognition and equivalence of documents on education level and qualifications, academic degrees and titles, academic certificates between the Government of the Republic of Abkhazia and the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
 
 4. On Amendments to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia on 31.05.2012 №68 «On approval of the Regulation and structure of the State Migration Service of the Republic of Abkhazia».
 
 5. Approval of the maximum number of employees of the State Migration Service of the Republic of Abkhazia and the size of the appropriation for 2016. 
 
 6. Approval of the "Regulations on the procedure for the establishment of a regular amount of payment for the use of radio spectrum in the Republic of Abkhazia".
 
 7. Approval of the "Regulations on the state regulation of tariffs for public telecommunications and public postal service".
 
 8. Approval of the "Regulations on the licensing of the production, sale, maintenance, repair of medical technics".
 
 9. Approval of the "Regulations on licensing activity for the production of pyrotechnic products".
 
 10. On approval of the "Regulations on the licensing of examination of industrial safety".
 
 11. On approval of the "Regulations on licensing activities related to the import, export, use, transportation, maintenance, storage of sources of ionizing radiation and radioactive materials".
 
 12. On approval of the "Regulations on the licensing of the operation of hazardous production facilities".
 
 13. On approval of the "Regulations on licensing activities related to the import, storage, distribution, application, production of industrial explosives, blasting operations".
 
 14. On approval of the "Regulations on licensing activities for the underwater work".
 
 15. On amending the rules of accounting and maintenance of small, self-propelled sports (surface and underwater) vessels at docks, quays and team sites and their navigation and movement within the territorial sea and inland waters of the Republic of Abkhazia, in the waters, rivers flowing into the Black sea on the territory of the Republic of Abkhazia, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia from 19.12. '06 №267 «On measures to ensure the conditions for protection of the state border of the Republic of Abkhazia».
 
 16. On granting LLC "Marhyaul" the right to use subsoil for the extraction of underground drinking water in the village Machar, Gulripsh district.
 
 17. On the consent of the Administration of the Gagra district for the provision of permanent use of "Ubykhs 2009" land area of ​​0.90 hectares in Pitsunda, Gagra district for the construction of spa facility.
 
 18. On the consent of the Administration of Sukhum for the provision of "Black Sea 2000" 0.89 hectares of land for construction of spa facility.
 
 19. On the consent of the Administration of the Gudauta district for the provision of IP Bazba A.T. for permanent use of land of 0.20 hectares in Novy Afon for the construction of the hotel.
 
 20. On the consent of the Administration of the Gagra district for the provision of "KDK DEVELOPMENT" 0.13 hectares of land in Alahadzy for construction of spa facility.
 
 21. On the consent of the Administration of the Gagra district for the provision of permanent use of "Nana" of 0.49 hectares of land in the  Gagra (Camping) for the construction of spa facility.
 
 22. On the transfer of land area of ​​1.5 hectares in Babyshira, Babyshirskaya Str, Gulripshi district from the category of "agri-tural land" to the category of "industrial land".
 
 23. On allocation of housing for young families in Sukhum.
 
 24. On the exemption from the cost of public housing transferred to private ownership of Khashba M.M.
