Sukhum. September 14. Apsnypress. According to the seismic station of Tuapse, near Novorossiysk, 40 km from the Black Sea coast, at a depth of 15 kilometers under the ground there was an earthquake of 3.5 on the Richter scale. Echoes of this earthquake reached Abkhazia, told Apsnypress Head of Hydrometeorological service of RA, Levarda Bartsits.

"Our seismographs recorded earthquake of 2.5 in the foothills of Abkhazia. It manifested itself in the form of a barely perceptible tremors. Aftershocks and storms at sea are not expected", - he added.
