The event is attended by a diving group and boats for search operations.
Sukhum. December 26. Apsnypress. Dmitry Basariya. The search operation for the detection of fragments of Tu-154 B-2 of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, crashed in the morning on December 25th continues near the coast of Sochi in the Black Sea. To help Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations came Abkhazian counterparts. In particular, in Gagra from 25 December launched a mobile search and rescue team of 12 people, controlled by the State Inspectorate of small vessels of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations. According to Senior Advisor of GIMS of RA EMERCOM Tengiz Basariya.
"Almost all the staff and all the equipment of GIMS involved in the search operation. Two rescue groups go deep into the waters of the Black Sea at 5 miles (10 kilometers) to collect and exchange information with colleagues from Russia. Divers are ready to dive to a depth of 45 meters, but it is not necessary, because in underwater operations are involved two Russian submersibles that can go down to great depths. We also assume that some of the debris and remains may be in the territory of the waters of Abkhazia ", - told Apsnypress Basariya.
According to a senior adviser of GIMS, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Abkhazia will participate in the search operation for as long as it continues or until the weather deteriorates.
In turn, as reported RIA Novosti, the head of the Russian Ministry of Transport Maxim Sokolov noted the importance of cooperation with the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations: "We ensured the full cooperation and understanding in case if the fragments and the remains will be in the territory of Abkhazia".
To date, at the crash site found the bodies of 11 dead, said TASS.
