Head of the Administration of Sukhum, Beslan Eshba, signed a decree on minimizing the negative consequences of introduction of restrictive measures to protect the population of the Republic of Abkhazia from coronavirus infection COVID-19 and additional support measures to restore the financial and economic activity of enterprises in Sukhum.
According to the report, by order of the mayor from May to June 15, 2020, business entities leasing municipal property from the Administration of Sukhum, as well as from municipal institutions, were released.
It is specified that the Order applies to organizations providing catering services, fitness centers, gyms, SPA salons, saunas and massage rooms. Support measures apply only to entrepreneurs who do not have rent arrears as of March 1, 2020, and who do not sublease the area.
