The second President of Abkhazia Sergey Bagapsh would have turned 70 years old today.

After laying flowers at the Memorial, Russian political, state and scientific figure Sergey Baburin noted: “Sergey Vasilyevich was a powerful personality, a professional in politics and state activity.
