For the right to trade in the area of seafront Dioscuri entrepreneur will pay 1,000 rubles a year

According to the deputy head of the town administration Kvarchia Leon, after the ban on trade in seafront, the first lots were drawn for the right to place objects of trade and public catering on adjacent streets and alleys. Previously the town administration developed a plan of their deployment. At the same time were set the conditions for the appearance of the tents and the direction of their activities. And in the future, it is planned to develop a single style of small retail pavilions. 

According to the Administration, there are 40 - 50 seats for trading pavilions. But there are instances when the draw was attended by surrogates for further putting space for lease. Such cases are now being analyzed and verified. 

Presenting the draft Leon Kvarchia stressed: "The last time rates were revised for the right to trade in 2012. Now was held its graduation, depending on the trading area of ​​the object. In addition, the analysis was made of average earnings of entrepreneurs, in which it became clear that the financial burden on the company with a minimal show of betting".

According to the approved rates, owner will pay for: 

- "objects carrying small retail trade with temporary structures (stalls, kiosks, pavilions) and the external trade - 600 rubles per year; 

- objects of retail trade in the area of seafront Dioscuri. Akirtava st and Leon - 1000 rubles per year; 

- stationary objects with an area less than 50 square meters room - 2000 rubles per year; 

- with an area of ​​50 square meters and more - 3000 rubles per year. 

In addition,  meeting of  SGS at the request of residents of the neighborhood Gumista Massif, named a wrestling hall of this district after champion of Abkhazia and All-Union  freestyle wrestling tournament, master of sports of the USSR, who died in these places during the war  of Abkhazia, Taras Bartsyts.
