State extra budget fund of disabled of the War of Abkhazia in 1992 - 1993 years asks all public and private enterprises engaged in financial activities in the territory of Abkhazia to provide reports on insurance premiums until July 15.

Together with the Ministry of Taxes and Duties, we operate on the full and partial repayment. In the first half of 2015 financial assistance for medical treatment outside of Abkhazia received 382 disabled. Many of them have been treated in the leading clinics of Russia. For these purposes have been spent 12 million.69 thousand 300 rubles.
On the implementation of activities related to rehabilitation in specialized medical institutions and resort complexes outside of the Republic have been allocated 1 million 803 thousand 400 rubles. Rehabilitation was held for 30 people.
For drugs dispensed for disabled at discounted prices, RUE "Abhazfarmatsiya" was transferred 7 million 490 thousand 100 rubles. In the article the purchase of specialized equipment took 227 thousand 100 rubles. Financing of dental services to the disabled was produced at a rate of 1 million 181 thousand 500 rubles. In support of regional public organizations of invalids of the War of Abkhazia were spent 2 million 620 thousand 900 rubles.
Budget revenues of the Fund is formed by the receipt of insurance premiums (1.5% of the salary), the national budget allocations and other income (charity care).
Income to the Fund for the first half of 2015 amounted to 27 million 367 thousand rubles. On the performance of all items of expenditure were spent 28 million 397 000 200 rubles. According to the results of the Fund for the first half of 2015 it formed over balance of 616 thousand 200 rubles.
