Taxes payable amounted to 142 million rubles, which determined the loss of budget revenues at 233 million rubles. The main defaulters - Gagra district and Sukhum.
As the chairman of the State Tax Service of Abkhazia Rauf Tsimtsba, the main reason for arrears - failure to comply with the lowered plans, businesses do not have money. "In addition, the measures that exist in the arsenal of tax and prosecutors to fight tax evasion, - insufficient. It is necessary to change the tax laws", - said Rauf Tsimtsba.
"People today is more profitable to pay the fine than taxes. According to our law, it provides administrative responsibility. But the tax crime is considered to be the most serious", - said RA Prosecutor General Alexey Lomiya.
"We are engaged in patching up holes, - summed up the theme the Prime Minister. - The current situation is verydifficult: many companies don't have the primary accounting, there are no cash registers. We must act balanced and accurate".
In addition, at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers approved the performance reports of extra-budgetary funds in 2014: retirement, disabled of the War of Abkhazia, compulsory health insurance, repatriation, road and Social Insurance Funds and health.
