Gennady Gagulia received delegation of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

The parties discussed possibility of economic cooperation and establishment of trade relations.

Sukhum. July 4. Apsnypress. Prime Minister of Abkhazia Gennady Gagulia received representatives of delegation of Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
  
 Vice-President of the Senate of Jordan Monyr Sober, Senator Samih Pino, Major-General Davoud Hakuz, ex-MP Mohammed Raslan, as well as representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Abkhazia in Jordan Ali Bakizh took part in the meeting. The parties discussed possibility of economic cooperation and establishment of trade relations.
 
 Greeting the guests, the head of the Government of Abkhazia stressed: "Circassians played a big role in the new history of Jordan, this fact makes us even closer. Your country is an example of development of the tourism industry, and we are happy to learn from this field and share it. "
  
 Gennady Gagulia also assured that the Government of Abkhazia is ready to expand trade relations with friendly countries. "Our republic has trade relations with 30 countries, including states that have not legally recognized Abkhazia. There are no barriers to building trade relations between Jordan and Abkhazia, " - Gennady Gagulia stated.
  
  The head of the delegation, Monyr Sober, said that the purpose of the trip is familiarization. "The economy of Jordan is developing due to the holistic, strategic activities of the state. Our country is in trade relations with such big countries as Russia and China. However, establishing ties with Abkhazia is also a priority direction of the foreign policy of the kingdom, "- said Monyr Sober. According to him, Jordan can become the main outlet to Arabian market for Abkhazia.
  
 At the same time, Gennady Gagulia promised to make every effort to make a positive contribution to further development of friendship between the peoples of the two states.
 The parties outlined an action plan to expand bilateral relations.
 
 On July 5, there are sheduled meetings of the Jordanian delegation with President of Abkhazia, deputies of the People's Assembly of Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia, as well as with Minister of Economy.
