III republican confectionery competition "Best Pastry of Abkhazia - 2015" was held in Sukhum.
Sukhum. April 10. Apsnypress. Each year the competition is held in anticipation of the holidays, last year it was International Women's Day, and this - Orthodox Easter holiday. In this regard, before the contest was "Easter Bazaar". For three years, the competition is organized by the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Abkhazia.
"Our main goal is to give people a feast of beauty, which is created by our confectioners. And also to show that we have a lot of talented people, entrepreneurs, producing quality products", - said the president of the Chamber of Commerce Gennady Gaguliya.
This year the competition was attended by confectioners of Gagra, Gudauta and Sukhum. In addition to the main category, prizes were played in the categories: "Best oriental sweets", "Best Cake", "Best Butter product", "Best Cake". "Audience Award" was determined by guests, not by the jury.
The winner became the confectionery of Gudauta "Biskvitniy dvor".
Competitions were held in the capital's restaurant "Ersahu".
