Head of KCR has appointed advisers to cooperate with Abkhazia and South Ossetia

Counselors should be guided by the norms of existing agreements between KCR, Abkhazia and South Ossetia.

Apsnypress. By decree of the Head of Karachay-Cherkessia Rashid Temrezov, Eduard Hugaev is appointed as an advisor to the head of KCR on humanitarian cooperation with the Republic of South Ossetia and an adviser to the head of the KCR on humanitarian cooperation with the Republic of Abkhazia - Muhadin Shenkao, according to the website "Kavkaz today".
 
 Rashid Temrezov handed advisors identities. He stressed that "they should be guided by the norms of existing contracts between the Karachay-Cherkessia, Abkhazia and South Ossetia. A few days ago ended a working visit of the delegation of Karachay-Cherkessia in Abkhazia, in which the parties had agreed on cooperation in the sphere of culture, socio-economic and spiritual spheres. In terms of cooperation with South Ossetia, relations will be built as part of the agreement on cooperation signed between the leaders of the subjects in 2012.
