III International Youth Art Festival "Walking along the Promenade" in Sukhum

The Art Festival, which runs for three years, involves representatives of all towns and districts of Abkhazia, as well as representatives of libraries from Moscow, Krasnodar Territory, the Republic of Adygea.  

Art program of the festival includes ten distinctive areas: the territory of literature and libraries which will host the presentation of new books and meetings with famous young writers from Abkhazia and Moscow; area of ​​visual art - where anyone can take a master class in painting; museum area - the exhibits of Eshera museum; area of ​​music, dance, fashion - a stage on which will perform music and dance groups of Abkhazia and will be shown works by young designers of Abkhazia, the territory of sport - everyone can show their skills at the chessboard and pass karate lessons and other martial arts, playground KBF "Ashana" - everyone will be able to buy a variety of sweets and toys) and a playground.  

The festival was visited by the First Vice Prime Minister Shamil Adzynba and Russian Ambassador to Abkhazia Semyon Grigoryev.  

"The festival is designed to promote the reading of different age levels. No technology can replace live dialogue with the book. We decided to use all the exhibition areas of culture in order to attach more people to the festival. No one book today is sold, it is presented for something, for winning in various competitions, for example, and a desire to participate in them. We brought about 3000 thousands books to hand and are confident that they will not be left", - told "Apsnypress" director of the National Library I. Papaskiri Boris Cholariya.   

"This is a great cultural event in the life of Sukhum. As part of this day, anyone can visit the various interesting sites and participate in competitions. At the end of the festival will be results of the competitions, and we will hand diplomas and valuable gifts ", - told "Apsnypress" specialist of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Oksana Chuvilskaya.   

Events will be held until 18:00 on the waterfront of Muhajirs in Sukhum.
