One of the protesters Iza Kolbaya said that she carries a photograph of her cousin Guram Chichba, he was killed during the capture of Gagra. "This is an action of memory. The younger generation should know its heroes", - said Kolbaya.
Another participant of the action Laura Tvanba said: "My son carries a photograph of his grandfather Beslan Tvanba. I want to thank the organizers for the fact that they do not forget those who died for the independence of Abkhazia".
"I carry a photo of my combat friend Vitalina Dvornik. She heroically died in the March attack, Vitalina buried in the Park of Glory. This action is very important for the younger generation", - said the participant of an action Emma Inapshba.
