Sukhum. March 20th. Apsnypress. According to the chief meteorologist of the country Levarda Bartsits, the Moon will cover 40% of the sun's surface. Eclipse will be visible to residents of Abkhazia if the cloudy weather will clear up.
Then the Earth's natural satellite will begin its convergence and fully open up to 15:00 .
The solar eclipse on March 20th has its own characteristics: it will happen before the vernal equinox.
Completely the natural phenomenon can be observed in the North Atlantic and the Arctic. Partial phases will be visible in Europe, western Russia, as well as in the northern part of Africa.
As explained experts, a solar eclipse is a common, fully studied by science astronomical phenomenon: the moon comes between the sun and Earth. At the time of the eclipse, nothing special happens, because it is too fast phenomenon.
